Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All collars sizes can be adjusted up to 24 inches, free of charge (anything more will be subject to a fee).

All sizing requests must be requested at time of purchase.
