Upon finalizing the purchase and making the payment of our non-custom hoods, customers are subject to a full refund before the hood is shipped out to them.

If a customer receives our hoods and not happy with the fit or function of the hood, a full refund can be issued as long as the hood is returned back to us in its original, mint condition state (refund will be issued once confirmed and back in our possession). Hoods sent back to us in damaged or poor condition can be subject to decline in refund (based on our discretion).

Also, must be sent back to us upon a resonable timeframe from the time the customer receives the hood in the mail (timeframe is based on our discretion - ask us if need further clarification).

Flat rate shipping in US/Canada is $27 CAD.

Shipping outside US/Canada varies pending on country/location. Our SYL Team will contact you after your purchase on all available shipping options and prices. (you can send us a message from the contact page on our website if like to get a shipping estimate prior to purchase)
